Making Korean Food / Korean-style chicken steak

Today, I will make a Korean-style chicken steak. One ingredient is a chicken, an onion, a potato, a salt, pepper, and ketchup. 

Then, the materials needed to make the sauce.Butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, a little bit of vinegar, sugar, and water. (For reference, this posting refers to the image of SPOONB)



First, cut the leg of the chicken leg with scissors.Then, separate the flesh and bones along the bones of the chicken.


 Second, meat leg lean on the bottom with salt and pepper.






Third, put the skin of the chicken on the bottom of a roasting pan onto the floor. Then cut 1 onion and potato slices and serve on top of chicken. Close the lid of the pan and cook it.(Do not add cooking oil)



Fourth, put your nose in the ointment.Then turn the chicken upside down when the skin of the chicken is cooked sufficiently. When both sides are cooked equally, they take out chicken oil.Add butter to the flesh and cook well.



Fifth, remove chicken when golden brown.


Six times, melt the chicken's oil and melt the butter and minced garlic in the frying pan.Then add enough soy sauce, a little bit of vinegar, and enough sugar to adjust the concentration of water.



Lastly, if you spray the sauce, it will be finished cooking.
