Making Korean Food Korean-style hamburger steak

Today, I will make a Korean hamburger steak.

Ingredients include 500 grams of pork, 500 grams of beef, butter or cooking oil, 1 cup of onions, 1 cup of pepper, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon wine of sugar, 1 cup of Bread crumbs, 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoon wine of minced garlic. And 1 cup of water.

Materials that enter the sauce. Onions, butter, ketchup, two tablespoons of soy sauce, a little more than vinegar, a little bit of water, a bit of sugar, and two tablespoons of sugar.






1. Add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil or butter banjogak.Add 1 cup chopped onion and add black pepper powder.Fry chopped onions until golden.



2. Cool the hot onion. (Melt the hot onions and melt the meat)































3. Place prepared pork and beef in the pan. Add soy sauce, sugar, bread crumbs, ketchup, salt, vinegar, minced garlic, and cooked onions.


4. Add cooking oil in the frying pan and add 1 tablespoon water.(Put a sheet of paper towel on top of the oil towel.)


5. Place cooked eggs on a well greased hamburger.


6. Add sliced onion and butter, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, a little bit of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of sugar.



7. If you spread the sauce over the hamburger, it is finished.
